We accept returns and exchanges of new merchandise within 10 days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met. We will provide you with an RA# that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct RA#.
In order to receive a return authorization number, please contact our customer service with the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange. We will respond within a timely manner to provide the return authorization number. You must also give us a proof of purchase included with the return.
All refunds are issued in original payment or gift card form. Please indicate on your original invoice whether you prefer a refund in your original method of payment or a gift card. For exchanges, please contact our online team to make arrangements for your new item(s).
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the delivery process. Please add recorded or registered post for all returns. When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition which they were received. All merchandise damaged, worn or used is not applicable for refund or exchange.
We aim to process a refund within 3-5 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
For any return, please follow those guidelines:
1. Items must be unused
2. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
3. Shoes should be returned in their original packing
4. Once clothing/shoes has been worn and/or washed, it cannot be returned/exchange
